I cannot say enough positive things about working with Lori! From start to finish, the process was seamless. Lori was super helpful and communicative leading up to the photoshoot. She arrived at our house on time and made us all feel very comfortable — it was like we were catching up with an old friend. Our dog was a bit camera-shy, but she even won him over after a little while!
The photos are beyond anything I could have imagined. Our new baby is so precious, and Lori perfectly captured his beauty and the love that we have for him.

There's something about the way film captures childhood: soft, warm, a little imperfect, exactly how these fleeting years actually feel.
If you want a roll (or three) woven through your digital gallery, I'm always down.

No awkward poses or forced smiles here; I'm all about creating space for your family just to be your wonderfully chaotic, loving selves. I'll keep things super relaxed and match everyone's energy throughout, tiny humans included.
Think of me as an observer (and a friend!) rather than a director, here to capture your family exactly as you are, not a staged photoshoot.
5. GALLERY DELIVERY
While you're off wrangling snacks and bedtimes, I'll be in my cozy editing corner, obsessively curating your gorgeous photos.
You can expect to receive your final gallery within 3 weeks, so prepare to snuggle up and relive our cute mini adventure all over again!

I’m based in Long Beach, California, but I’ll travel anywhere to capture your adorable family in this season of your lives!
Most of my families choose to have their shoot somewhere around Southern California, like Orange County, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, and everywhere in between
We usually hang out on the beach, at the park, or any place that you and your little ones love! If you need help picking a spot, I’m more than happy to suggest some of my favorite locations.
Dreaming of somewhere further afield? I’d love to help you make it happen. Just note that custom travel fees may apply for any locations further than 30 miles from Long Beach, CA.
Yes, I do. While most of my family shoots are outdoors, I love in-home sessions just as much. There’s nowhere cozier and more meaningful than home.
If you want an in-home session, we can plan a “day in the life” type shoot or organize some fun activities to keep your cheeky munchkins entertained.
Of course, you’re welcome to invite up to four other special family members to join your session, whether that’s nan and pop or a special auntie or uncle. Just let me know in advance.
Yes, absolutely, all furry family members are welcome! If we’re planning an outdoor session, just give me a heads up so we can pick a pet-friendly location.
YES, I have such a soft spot for film!! 35mm film photography is available as an add-on to any of my family photography packages.
